Cottage cheese cake without yeast

Ingredients:

Curd soft home - 300 g

Wheat Flour - 500 g

Eggs - 2 pieces

Sugar - 180 g

Milk - 100 ml

Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons

Vanillin - 1 g

Soda - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 0.5 teaspoons

Cranberry jelly - 100 g

Lemon or lime juice - 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, break the eggs, add sugar and salt. Beat the whisk to a uniformity. Add in the egg mass vegetable oil, barely warm milk and slaked soda. Soda can be extinguished with lemon or lime juice. Also add the cottage cheese and grind the whole mass well.

2. Then add to the dough washed and slightly steamed raisins or candied fruit.

3. Sift the flour into the dough and add vanillin (1 g) or vanilla sugar (10 g). First, stir the dough with a spoon, then with your hands until it gathers into a bowl.

4. The forms are covered with parchment. Dough put on half the forms.

5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 1 hour.
